We outgrew our local phone number and made the choice to go with live assistance 9am-9pm on our three social media sites rather than expanding our phone service. Please understand we are the only meal prep company to give you this option in Customer Service.
Please contact us on Facebook or Instagram, 9-9 daily for all questions (billing issues, order changes, and general questions). We provide live interaction with highly trained staff and are able to assist you.
Reminder: New Orders, Skips, and Cancels MUST be done on the homepage of this website, we are unable to process these any other way.
